All funds raised through Serve-a-thon will go to support City Year Boston, celebrating its 20th year making a difference in the lives of children throughout the Boston community.

There is a $30 per volunteer participation fee, which covers your service supplies, food and an event t-shirt. All additional funds raised through Serve-a-thon help the young leaders of City Year Boston make a difference in the lives of children during their year of service - through literacy tutoring, mentoring, after-school activities, school vacation programs and
community service projects.
