The bedroom is approx 12 by 12 with a big closet and 2 windows, it is unfurnished and on the second floor. We have a single bathroom on the 2nd floor and large living room on the first and a large kitchen with a gas oven and fridge. Off street parking is available for 1 car. We have a dryer in the basement and I've been looking for a washer. We have basic cable and wireless internet. There is some storage area for you in the basement.3rd Bedroom unoccupied.I'm a non-smoking laid back 33yo, M IT professional. Would prefer another nonsmoker who wants to stay a while.Rent is 600 plus utilities which run about 100 a month average.Landlord is pretty reasonable and I have been here about two and a half years.The neighborhood is quite nice and easy walking distance to mass ave and the 77 busline as well as Arlington Center. Easy drive into boston.My roommate is moving out June 1st.
