We have an exciting National Sales Associate position available for immediate hire. This position is based in our Boston office, one block from the Arlington T stop (green line). National Sales Associates call colleges and universities, talk with professors and assist them with matching our books to their courses. S/he reports to Victoria LoCascio, Manager of Account Strategies. Qualifications: • Degree from a 4-year college with proven academic success • Strong ability to develop rapport, overcome objections and persuade • Superior verbal, written and phone-based communication skills • Self starter who works independently and productively with a positive attitude Compensation and Benefits: • Very competitive starting base salary based on experience • Bonus structure based on performance
