It has a very nice bedroom with 3 windows as you can see in the 3D- floorplan. The apartment is fully furnished, newly renovated and very spacious. It is perfect for summer school students or couples. The unit is conveniently located close to the Griggs Street T stop (green B-line,10min to Boston University (BU) and 10 min to Boston College (BC)) and also very close to the #66 bus to Harvard. The neighboorhood is really nice.





Free on-street parking is available with a resident parking permit. Paid parking spots are directly behind the house and cost $115 per month.

Since we are leaving Boston, you are very welcome to keep all of our furniture (everything is only 9 months old).
