Shield System is currently looking to expand our team to include Full-Time and Part- Time Service Advisors to assist customers with a wide range of needs and to promote products and services. We are especially looking for someone who is courteous, cooperative, and patient. This candidate must possess good communication skills and the know how to resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently. Also important will be a candidate who is able to handle payment exchanges. We look for an employee who consistently performs job duties in a self-motivated, enthusiastic manner all while demonstrating good team member skills. A good attitude and customer service skills are required for this position. We will provide structured training.
